So I took the boat out after rebuilding the carb's and at WOT it will now even come off of plane. And when I back the idle down it stalls and I have to pull the choke to start it back up and keep it at WOT just to get it back to the boat ramp. Very frustrated. There is gas coming out of the front of the carb's. I know its getting to much fuel. But my concern is in order to get back to the boat ramp I had to keep it at WOT from where I was at to about 30 minutes away from boat ramp. Could I have caused any damage to motor keeping it at WOT for that long? By the way its a 73 Johnson 65.
