Sometimes I think it would be much easier to get a different motor lol.
So heres the deal, I got them otor running fairly good but it just had some minor idling issues. I had just redid the lync and sync and it was the best it ever ran, but still not perfect. I decided to change my stator because it had been hot and figured it might be causing some issues. I got one from a fellow BBC member for a great price.
So I stuck it on yesterday and I found 2 magnets loose and out of position and a wire loose on the stator. So I replaced the stator check all connections. I epoxyed the magnets back on with proper spacing. I stuck the flywheel back on and started the motor on the hose. Now it has a big miss the will actualy shake the motor and kill it. Checked the plugs and wires to make sure everything is correct and it still does it. Any IDEAS?
