Welcome to iboats.

You can't post a photo until you make 3 posts, so can you describe the motor top cowling color of stripes?

Brown, blue, silver, silver and grey, or red?

How many cylinders?

If it has brown stripes, then its 1985.
Some of the online charts don't list it, as they rebadged the 50, as the "classic 50" as they switched to at prop hp ratings.

Check for a serial number on the block - maybe on a freeze plug like surface. Ten go to Mercruiser parts lookup and plug in the SN and it will give you a year and description
