Problems with Solas Saturn Tolerances

I purchased a Solas Saturn for my Mercury 15hp. After test run I found the prop was loose. The thrust washer they supplied has .015" of clearence that lets the prop wobble around on the shaft. SOLAS WILL NOT EVEN HELP ME ON THIS!!!

Does this have a separate removeable hub?I don't see how a splined prop would wobble.
Can't you tighten the nut to take up the slack?
Some pictures may help.
After seeing your other description it sure seems the hub is either defective or the wrong hub.
Have you told Solas of the size discrepancy, hub to bore?
