Any suggestions on cleaning my boat after fishing trip in salt water? Been using soap and water just doesn't seem to remove some of the tougher stains. Boat is white and still has gloss finish.

thanks

industrial toilet bowl cleaner......this is called an acid wash.

if you are scrubbing with soap and water....it just costs a few pennies and no more labor than what you are doing right now...

dont use it on a galvinised trailer

StarBrite hull cleaner on the outside of the boat.

Clorox Cleanup on the interior.

Mr. Clean magic erasers on the gelcoat for scuffs and on any SS railings.

Re: Products For Cleaning Boat

I used a product from the dollar store called "Awesome Cleaner" to clean my deck last night. I sprayed it on 100% then used a wet scrub brush on a pole. rinsed with a hose, and my deck looked perfectly new. All the stains and dirt were close to 100% removed. Any other stubborn spots I hit with magic eraser, and my deck looked showroom fresh. This product was a suggestion from someone on iboats. Next time I'm at the dollar store I'm stocking up!

Attwood Hull cleaner works well as well. Just spray and then rinse off.
