Hey guys, just thought I'd share with a progress report on my projects. Yesterday I was very fortunate to have a break in the temp. It was about 30* out and the heaters in the garage were able to take care of the rest, bringing it up to 80* in the garage -it was hotter in the garage than in the house!!
Anyways, full advantage of this temp was taken and I finished foaming Project #1 (phew!). I have to say that I was more than a bit suprised at the difference between an "old" batch of foam components (the first gallon we bought) and the fresh/new batches we just bought to finish the job. Expansion and "skinning" properties were dramatically better! (I'm almost tempted to see if there's anything a comment to my supplier about the "crap" I bought from him the first time might do for me
) I have the floor panels cut and basically ready to go down now, just some final line-up and pre-drilling of holes left. Am I ever feeling lucky for the break in the outdoor temp! My father in-law is expecting pricing back on the re-upholstery of his interior, to which we will be supplying new wood panels for everything to be covered.

I'm now able to concentrate more on my boat (Project #2). The bulkheads are cut and I'm laminating the stringers prior to final layout, cutting and encapsulation. I'm expecting by the end of next week I should be close to glassing in stringers. AND due to having 1 1/2 gallons of foam left, all your wonderfull advice and more thought on the situation, the decision has been made that I will putting new foam in my boat
(and not re-using the old stuff). With spring soon approaching my main concern, the temp for foaming, won't be a concern any more

Once I get the camera back in my hand I'll snap off a couple more pics and upload them for y'all
