ProMark 15000# Boat Trailer Winch

Has anyone heard of these? Know any body that has one? Are they any good? I am looking for a good winch and came across these. They have a high pulling power rating and a small price tag. I have learned many times over the years that you get what you pay for but I also know that every good company had to start with a small known name.

If any body has input as to if this is a good of bad winch, please respond.
