I have owned every boat style made over the years, this is my first toon. Now the problem. Its a 91 18' Bass Buggy with a 91 40 hp Evinrude 2 stroke, came with a chewed up 13x11 prop rpm 4400 speed 11mph. I tried a new 12.5x13 rpm 4000 speed 14mph, my new 13x11 came in just tested it rpm 4100 speed 18mph. All rpms are at wot with two people and the tach is new. Any Ideas I am ok with the 18mph but need my rpms closer between 5000 and 5500.
