What is your present prop? 4,500 rpm is pretty low.With any load you'll be running outside recomended rpm range.Something closer to 5,500 rpm wot would be better.As far as the bow rise I think something like smart tabs is a better choice.Improves hole shot,ride,bow rise and reduces no wake speed wander.4 blade might may help low speed performance but at the expense of top end performance.
