Prop clicks when spun by hand...

After speaking with a buddy who has to have his lower unit replaced I figured I would pose this question to some people that have better motor/prop knowledge than myself. I have a 1997 Merc 115 on the back of my boat and when I spin the prop while the throttle is in the neutral position I get a ticking sound. I don't feel any resistance or feel the ticking, but it ticks no matter which way I spin the prop. Is this something normal for a prop to do or is this something that I may have to have someone look into? When I changed my lower unit fluid last year everything looked good and there was no metal filings or anything.

I'm just hoping that this is normal and not something I need to be concerned with.

Nope,... The shifter is Out of Adjustment...

Turning the prop in Neutral should be Silent...
