I have a 9.9 hp johnson that currently has a 9.5"x10 in pitch prop and going to replace it.....the prop shop has a 9in x 11 and he told me I probably wouldn't see much difference in the two........I use the motor as a kicker and mostly just troll with it, don't highly rev the engine. The boat is a 16' duck boat, aluminum and not heavy, just used for fishing. My main motor is a 50hp mercury.
