prop diameter q

i just swapped my ratty 21p prop to a new 21p prop. the old prop looks to be 12.75 or maybe 12.50 inches wide. the new is 13. what will this effect with the same pitch

Generally diameter is a secondary consideration.The diameter just follows the design.
The demensions you are dealing with you won't notice anything.
