prop does not spin freely in neutral

I dropped the lower unit to change impeller..Did not notice anything unusual..My standard rotation prop spins maybe 5 or 6 times when I flip it with my hand but my cr prop only spins 1 time with a hard spin..I am not sure if there is something wrong in the gears or ifthere is something I can look for or test before I need to take it in to a shop and spend $$$$..99 150hp saltwater series..

Yes I am sure.When I dropped the lower unit I turned the shift rod and the prop stopped in forward and reverse..One other thing I noticed when I changed the lower unit lube. It did not look like alot of lube was in there maybe 1/2-3/4 quart.. After I drained it the prop is even harder to spin. I am hoping maybe because it was low..I already put new lube in but it is still the same maybe I have to run it a little..
