Prop for 15 HP Evinrude ?

I have a Evinrude 15 HP Mod 1996 on a small Inflatable Boat.Now its Propped with a 9x11, holeshot is very good by topspeed 22 mph.Max Prop diameter what fits to the engine is 10".
Which from these, at I-boats available Props will be faster than my 9x11?
(at size 9 is no bigger pitch than 10 available)

9 1/2 x10 3 Blade
9 1/2 x10 4 Blade

10 3/8 x11 3Blade
10 3/8 x12 3Blade
these last two Props will only fit after reducing the diameter on a lathe.

Is your speed GPS?Without an rpm reading its difficult to know where you are at.You could get a tiny tach and give us your rpm.You may need to raise the motor; an inch could give you 2 to 3 mph.Just be sure it pumps water and the clamps have a good bite.While the inflateable is light its not the speeediest shape.A 15 would usually be good for about 27 max on a typical ideal stock boat motor setup.
