Prop for 1979 Evinrude 115

Im putting my evinrude 115 on the back of an 18 foot mitchell boat. The prop thats on it right now came off a lighter boat. i want to say its an 11 x 17 prop. its either 17 or 19. Is that a good all around prop. The boat will have a good bit of weight in it. at least two people, a 30 gallon bait tank. And all fishing gear. Im looking for decent holeshot, and pretty good top speed. Oh and three or four blade? Thanks for you help
