I just bought a 1991 Sea Nymph SS175(it is just under 17 foot long). It has a 1995 Evinrude 90 HP model #E90TLEOR for an engine. I am looking to upgrade to a stainless steel prop as it currently has an aluminum one now. Looking for suggestions on brand type and what pitch I should go with? Thanks for all the feedback in advance.

Without providing an accurate tach wot rpm reading as usually loaded with current installed prop won't be seeing the light at the end of the tunnel any time soon....

Seems that's the manufacturer's min-max wot rpm range for said motor ? If so, need the rpm numbers achieved as usually loaded when tested preferably on flat calm water cond to check if current prop is under or over propped ? For that will need a tach to check that out, does your boat counts with one ?

Yes the boat has a tac meter on it. The current prop is a 17 pitch aluminum.

Counting with a tach and a 17 pitch alum prop doesn't say much at all. What's the max wot rpm achieved as loaded is what's needs to be known ?
