prop help

I have a 1992 17" nitro with 1992 evinrude 115. Now it has a 19 pitch 13" 3 blade prop..It works great with boat loaded on the lite side ( me with fishing tackle).But with another person and full ice chest its slow getting on plane.My question is , if I drop down to a slower pitch what would be the best choice.

What is the present wot rpm and gps speed.Can you describe "slow getting on plane?
You wouldn't normally call going down in pitch 17" a slower pitch Speed results would depend on your present
wot rpm and gps speed.

Have you checked for good compression and spark on all 4 cylinders?
