Prop hub movement

I noticed this past weekend that if I grab ahold of the nut in the center of my prop and hold it, I am able to rotate the prop just a little bit. Is this normal?

I have the type prop that has the hub that slides in from the back and the prop was just reconditioned this season.

The boat is a 1985 Glastron Conroy
The motor is a 1988 Mercury 100hp O/B.
