I ordered a new Solas Amita prop for my suzuki df25 four stroke (2002) and when I took off the old one (prop only) not the thrust bushing the prop would not go on the shaft far enough to install the spacer and the nut. has anyone had this happen to them. According to the web site at GETAPROP this is the right prop and other sites as well. Does anyone know the answer? Do I have to change the thruse bushing? Does anyone know the answer. Thanks.

I would phone Solas and ask them directly. Did your new prop come with a hub kit as well?
Go into the Suzuki prop secion and have a look at the Solas link that comes up on the right side, on the bottom of their page there are instructions and manuals for various props, maybe yours is in there? Good Luck......Irv964

Re: prop installation

Hi, did you finally figure something out regarding the prob mount?

I was also going to order the Solas Amita prop for my Suzuki df25 V2 2007.

Would be nice if you could give a short feedback or recommendation!
