prop pitch and fuel ratio for 1972 3.5 HP Sears

I was wondering what the proper fuel ratio would be for this little motor and i was wondering what pitch the prop is if I can manage to find one. (It has one on it but I dont know how to mesure pitch and diameter) Thanks for any help!
