Prop question

Went to get my boat out last weekend and noticed someone had stolen my prop. I have a 2001 caravelle with a volvo penta 3.0 engine and I have no idea what size or pitch to put on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have some very limited information there for any one to work with. Size of boat would help a lot. If you Google Caravelli boats tehre is a fourm there also. Someone might have the same boat. Smiling... and after you get the new prop you might think about getting a prop lock.

Its a 17'6 fish and ski and I am definatley going to get a lock for the prop this time.

A 19" pitch should put you in the ball park. Once you have your specs from a test run we can help you pick a prop based on your typical load and activity.
