Where can I go to input my outdrive model number and determine what type of prop I need? What pitch would you reccommend for tubing, skiing, wakeboarding? Any input would be greatly appreciated!!!!

**what size socket would an '86 mercruiser outdrive take to change the prop?** I'm guessing 26mm?

Re: Prop question....

If you read the stickies at the top of the page and the helps on the prop store page it will help you understand prop selection. Its important that your motor be able to operate within its wot(wide open throttle)rpm range. If you do some test runs lightly loaded and give us your boat/motor, prop size(usually on the barrel or under the prop nut)your max rpm and speed.we can tell if your propped right.Selecting a prop is like selecting a single gear in your car to do everything.
