prop removal

My friend has a 1986 bayliner with a stock volvo 4 cyl. I/O. He hit something and took a chunk out of the prop. He says there is some kind of hub cone that he can't figure out how to remove. Need direction on how to remove volvo prop.

Don't ya just need to remove the lock bolt, & unthread the cone?.....

Thanks for the help, I have no idea the boat really is not mine and it is in the water. He said he moved it up on shore to mess with it.

I have a bass boat with a big Johnson. I am not a Volvo fan. Give me a Mercruiser with a 265 350 v8 any day.
