Hi , i have a 85hp force ob with a aluminum prop. Two weeks ago , i hit a underwater log and it bent one of the plate a little. Right now I am having problem with the prop, at low speed about 5mph, i can feel a little vibration of the ob, and it when back to normal after it gain speed. how much it is normally to get a prop repair? or is it better to get a new prop.?

About 60 dollars around here for a full rebuild, no hub work.
New here is close to 130.00.

Get it repaired AND buy another, either new or used!

You always carry a spare tire on your car, even if you never use it, don't you? You carry a spare for the trailer, right? At least on land you can walk somewhere for help--different story on the water.

My prop guy would charge around $50 give or take, to repair that prop.
Best advice is to do what was just suggested- fix this one and get another for a spare. That way you can send out the damaged one to get fixed and not be without.
