Prop selection plus smart tabs, does it change choice?

I have already opened a thread up on my prop selection. I have a 14.25 x 21p 3blade now, performance is good just looking for more hole shot. I have decided to go with a 14.25 x 19p 4 blade Solas Amita prop. After reading up on smart tabs and the great things fellow boaters have to say about them, I am going to pick up some SX Smart Tabs since they do exactly what I am looking for and dont break the bank.

My question is, will Smart Tabs change my prop selection? Should I think about a 21p 4 blade prop?

No change. You prop for WOT top speed RPM. And at top speed the properly sized and installed set of Smart Tabs will be flattened out and will have no impact on your WOT top speed RPM.

Buy the same prop as if you did not have tabs.
