I have a bad tracker pro175 with a mercury 90hp. I'm having to replace the prop which was aluminum and 21 pitch. I found a perfect as laser 2 for s hundred bucks but it's pitch is 25. I'm just wondering if that is going to be too big of a jump in pitch and if so is there anything I can do with the vents to help.

Probably to much pitch for that motor. What was your wide open throttle rpm for the prop you had. To go from Aluminum to stainless you usually drop pitch.

Wot was 5800 At 45 mph using gps not certain about rpm though as the gage might not be accurate.

Your present setup seems very good.Rpm is a little high but the performance numbers are really good.
No question a 25" is way too much pitch. You may want to check the Turning point Hustler prop in a 21" pitch.
