prop shaft oil leak

The out drive has not been run for over 3 years, was sitting on its side over the winter in my shop. Just moved it and noticed some oil leaking from around the prop shaft area. Is this to be expected from sitting so long? I was planning on having it serviced, just wanted a little input before I get bent over by a marine mech.:facepalm: Its an 87 4.3l Cobra Thanks!

Nope,... Unfortunately, it's a plain ole Leak, that needs Fixin',....
