Prop size and performance

Anyone out there with an Alumacraft Classic 165cs with a 75 4 stroke motor,I'm just curious as to your prop size and performance
I'm 38 mph @ 5700 with a 13 x 19 prop

From my limited reading I would say your right about there.
You might check the vertical height of the motor.Raise it to a point just before venting(cavitation) becomes a problem.Most end up with the antivent(cavitation)
plate about 1" above the bottom of the boat.

Thanks for the info steelespike,the motor height is something I've never really looked at,Amazing how much you can learn from these forums,They are the best.
