1988 Mercruiser 5.7 260HP
1988 Regal 22' 220XL Cuddy Deep -V-
Current Prop is 14.? x 17 3 blade standard prop
WOT 5000 @43MPH I don't like revving that high and seems to me it gets to 4600 rpm real fast and starts climbing in rpms from there.
as far as boat load i would say its a little over medium capacity.
Acceleration is pretty good now. We mainly use the boat to cruise in and pull a tube. We use the boat in Lake Michigan which is almost all the time choppy water.
From what i've read about 4 blades my understanding is they're great for cruising and not so stable waters which sounds great in my case but maybe i'm wrong.
