Will a SS Stiletto Advantage II OMC (20323) fit on an 1993 Alpha One with the torq-flow II hub?

That's the part number for the older style with the pressed in rubber hub for an OMC type motor. Are you sure it's a square bore prop to accept the Flo Torq hubs?

No I am not sure, if its square bored. I baught the prop from ebay which was a mistake in the first place the seller said it would fit an alpha one with the 15 spline shaft, but It doesn't fit nearly at all like, my aluminum prop does. If it doesn't have the square bore, would it be possible to get the right pressed in rubber hub?

Yes, that should be no problem for a good prop shop. The prop with the OMC hub may work if you play with the thrust washer and washer / spacer behind the nut. A prop with a Merc hub can be made to fit the OMC shafts but I'm not sure about vise versa.
