prop swap

i have a yamahma ss prop 14.5 x 23 i want to put it on my alfa 1 gen 2 outdrive, i notice the splines are the same but im having a issue with depth hight in the lower unit does anyone know the necessary size shim and what to use for the lock nut ??

Use the Yamaha thrust washer.
