Can temporary sea algae clogging of exhaust through propellor systems on outboard motors cause temporary temperature warnings and engine braking in a 125HP outboard?
Are you talking about driving through a bed of kelp/sea weed?I would think any debris in the water
could plug intakes.If you mean growth on the lower unit if its been in the water long enough to grow stuff you could have zebra mussels or some other critter plugging things a little.
