what is a good prop pitch and diameter for a merc classic fifty 45hp on a 24ft? pontoon.how do I tell what pitch I have now? open for input.thanks

Bgullwing, take a good look at the prop, most have the specs stamped into them. Most on the outer hub.. just guessing i would say 15 to 17 inch pitch, but thats just a guess. good luck..
