It occurs to me that six gallon tanks wont cut it with big old motors, that 35 would yank down a tank in nothin flat, lol, running both engines would create a vaccum that opec would struggle to fill ...

so if I put twin side tanks in, 18 gallon jobbers, how do you mix the fuel in stationary tanks? dump three quarts of oil in and blast the fuel in, let it self mix? even if I wasnted to pay the outrageous premix prices, they are mixed at 50 - 1, and of course, my ancient iron likes 24 - 1

I like to have chaos in my mind at all times, something to think about

4th of July is coming FAST!

I suppose I could cheat and mount the electric motor on an wading tube .... course, where ya gonna put the battery?

Oh, Alright.. i didn't think to run it long enough for the t-stat to open.. Other than that it has good water pressure and it runs fine..

When mixing 2cycle oil and gas it is best to put in about of the 1/4 tank of gas in then add the oil, the finish filling the tank with gas.
When mixing oil and gas in larger tanks it is best to add the gas 6 gallons at a time so you can measure the oil corectly.
Good luck, Ji

You probably knew this but, on the off chance you didn't, those big ole 35's will use approximately 10% of there rated hp per hour, @ wfo, of fuel or 3.5 gal./hr per engine.
I know, I know, more chaos. ;)

c/6

Hooty
