Depends on the boat, use, and most importantly, your wide open throttle rpm with your current prop.<br /><br />The prop must be selected so that the motor rpm remain in the recommended range.
Brian: Each boat and motor rig has it's own specific needs as far as the prop goes. It's not something anyone can guess at. You will learn a lot if you go to the FAQ's and read the Prop Selection item. It's very good information.
