Propshaft Seal Question '58 18hp FD-12

Hello again...

I ordered a gear-case seal kit from ebay and instead of 1 large driveshaft seal, I seam to have 2 smaller ones. I've done some reading on here and have seen it said that others have had the same thing, however I found nothing on the orientation of installation.

How do they go in? One on top of the other, or facing each other with one upside-down?

UPDATE:

It turns out the 2 smaller seals are installed back to back.

I have them in now and life it seems is good
