Pugetsound your mailbox if full, time to clean up

Hey bro you need to delete some old personal message from your mailbox.
I tried to send you a message but it says you are full and it wont let me send you it.
I think you can put a checkmark beside the old messages and then look at the bottom for the button ?Selected Messages? click that and you can put a checkmark next to ?delete?.
Next hit the ?proceed? button and your done.
Clear as mud?
