Hello, I have a 1968 Johnson 55 hp, model TRL-10R, that I'm trying to remove the prop shaft seals on. The outer seal was relatively easy, but I'm having trouble with the inner one. Thought before I got too carried away and break something, I'd ask if anyone knows what the OMC seal puller for that model looks like, or how it works????
Also, I've ordered new seals. The parts book shows that it takes two seals, with the same parts number, but after I got the outer seal out, it looks like
the inner seal has a smaller outer diameter. What's up with that?
If this is the case, what parts number is the inner seal???
The book showed seal, omc # 0310599.
