Got a vro Not pumping fuel.

Hooked it up to a air supply and pumps fine at about 5psi. Is this normal.
I wonder is there a restriction in the pulse limiter. I changed the line to the crankcase but no change.

How should I clean the pulse limiter.

Re: pulse limiter cleaning / VRO pressure

pulled pulse limiter and inspected it, Clean.

Installed new pressure lines to pump and installed with hose clamps, VRO working now. Must of been leaking air.

Thanks to the search forums and some detail info about the VRO Pumps I was able to figure it out.

Lots of time but no cost for this one,

Took the pump to work and hook it up to and air suppy at 5psi and the punp work fine, therefore i knew the pump was not the problem. Note make sure the Oil inlet is pulgged air tight as this is where my problem was, I was drawing air and pumping it through the carbs instead of my pre-mix.

After some research I thought that the VRO worked on Vacuum but it actually works on +ive pressure then trips a pressure relief valve to reset.

:D:D:D didn't need new VRO YEE HAW
