I am considering purchasing a 2008 Four Winns H190. I am sold on the brand but I have no idea what I should pay for a new boat. i.e. It is easy to find a dealers cost for a new car and determine what a good deal should be but not so easy to find the same info for a boat. Can anyone dierct me to a web site or is there a general discount rate for the H190?

Re: Purchase price

You should be able to easily get 15% to 20% off sticker and maybe even 25% due to the sagging economy, plus a bunch of extra's thrown in like lifejackets fenders etc..

Good luck on buying the boat and have fun.

Oh ya, If you can, shop around , you'll find that one dealer may be more desperate for a sale then another, or you may find a great deal on a 2007 that ios brand new that they want to get rid of.

What city and state are you in? Someone might be able to give you a name of a good dealer in your area.

That's exactly what I did at the start of this season. Got well over 25% off the sticker. The clincher was the fully loaded '07 (220HP engine, swim platform, bimini, canvas covers, gatorhyde trailer, etc.) was still less than the best deal I was able to work on a base '08 model at any dealer.

Best I can tell, the only differences between the '07 and '08 models are cosmetic.

Great boat - been out virtually every weekend this summer.
