Purchased a 96 gamefisher 15hp

I just purchased A 15hp. I know nothing about marine engines. The person started it up for me worked fine out of water for 5 seconds. What do I need to replace or do before connecting it to my sib and crushing the bay. Engine was used in fresh water I plan to use it in salt and wash it out after every use.

Location?
Change the lower unit oil.
Then change the impeller.
Get a grease gun and find all the grease fittings.
Good idea to flush after every use.
Carry a set of plugs.
