purchased some van sickle paint at cal ranch for tractors

Its epoxy enamel acrylic? Just sanded little sprayed flat primer then waiting a few days to dry. My plan is to hit it with gloss white thats all they have. Will this stuff stick? I only sprayed rock chip areas not inside trailer.
