Hey guys,
silly question,
i have a 1970s 14ft springbok. ive been restoring it for the last few weeks, the inner trasom wood was 38'long 1'deep and 5' wide. the outside transom was 10'*15 square.which i have replaced with new pieces.
Ive had the boat on the water with my new 84 25hp marniner. theres less flex in the transom from when i first had the boat but when i look att other alum boats on this forum the transom wood it covering the whole back of the boat.
will the transom be strong enough?
thanks in advanceo
