well i finnished the front 1/3 of my floor . then i put on some 3m 5200 all around the cap after cleaning . then i used stainless finnish washers with sillicon bronze bolts through bolted with sillicon bronze washers and stainless nylock bolts . it looks real good feels tight and the sillicon bronze should last forever........... i must say that the sillicon bronze bolts broke some times when torking down on them but other than that they were ok . any way my inspiration came from this board for the transom,stringer ,floor project. thnks
