putting aq140 parts on a aq131

Ive been looking how to get my red dot heater Red Dot R-254 Auxiliary Heater in line with a hot water supply .

I found this picture of a heater line on a aq140.
I have a aq131 in my boat. I do not have a inlet on my red tank.

Can I change the red tanks & copper pipes from a aq140 (B23 block) on to a aq131 (B230 block)?
