putting in a new deck

I have a 89 rinker open bow. I felt a soft spot and decided to tear out carpet and see what was wrong. it just like a small section but you guys are alot smarter than me, because when I tore out the carpet it got worse and worse. I sawed out a section of the deck and yes the foam was saturated. So i tore that out too. Now my question is the process to get everything back together. I noticed when the deck was in there was a 1" hole drilled in the deck every 2 foot to put the foam in I guess.Is that Right? I've never done fiberglass before but I can learn with people like you guys. can anyone start me on my way to get this project done the right way???? thanks

Wildcat, do a search here for deck or floor replacement / repair /rebuild.
Lotsa good stuff in those threads to help ya.
