Q5 won't lower when trim button pressed

I trailered my new Q5 and raised the motor. I think it went into trailer mode because I heard 2 clicks, but now I can't get the motor to lower. I am new to this so I want to know if the button is broken or is there a trick to getting the unit out of trailing mode so I can lower the unit.
