I also have an 03 Expi. There are TONS of repairs/recalls listed for the rear diff. Mine was rebuilt at 34000. They first want to replace fluid, then bolts, and then finally the clutch packs. Stay on them. If I need to go back I need someone who has been there before

Oh I will. I need to go in now for the 4th or 5th time. I have also had the ring and pinion replaced which I think it needs again too . . .
