qd-17 cylinder head cover

Hi, I botches a helicoil in my qd-17 cyl. head, and the plug don't seal, so its no more good. The closest thing I could find to replace it is a cyl. head for a qd-16, are they identical? Or can they be modified? the pic look very near to the 17.the p/n is not the same.

Cylinder head part number 376130 fits QD-15 through QD-19

Timeserts are about the only option as they have a flange for the plug. They have an over size "Big-sert"kit if you've botched the heli coil. A little pricey to buy the kit but a good cylinder head shop is usually has the stuff to do it.
