QM Twin Outboard Option???

Hey Guys.

I have a '59 18' Queen Merrie that seems to have come with twin outboards. Does anyone know if this was a option back then? Here is a pic of the ignition console.

I have a 1959 with 2 Johnson 28HP outboards. I would guess that the boat owner made the engine selection at the dealership. Tim C.
